Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

  • Juice from half a lemon

  • 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)


Instructions

  • Warm your water until it’s just hot enough to sip comfortably.

  • Stir in the pink salt until it dissolves completely.

  • Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.

  • Stir well and sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.

Notes

  • If you’re new to apple cider vinegar, start with 1/2 teaspoon and work up.

  • Store lemon juice in a jar ahead of time to save time in the morning.
