Ingredients

1 cup warm water (not boiling)

1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

Juice from half a lemon

1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
Instructions

Warm your water until it’s just hot enough to sip comfortably.

Stir in the pink salt until it dissolves completely.

Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.

Stir well and sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.

If you’re new to apple cider vinegar, start with 1/2 teaspoon and work up.
