Ingredients

1 cup self-rising flour
(or 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt) -
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat)

1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil

1–2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

Optional: shredded cheese, chopped parsley, sea salt flakes
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the Greek yogurt and flour together in a bowl until a sticky dough forms.

Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and shape into a round or oval loaf.

Combine melted butter and garlic, and brush generously over the dough.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
