Ingredients

2 cups hot water

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)

1 teaspoon yerba mate tea

½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Juice of ½ lemon

½ teaspoon camu camu powder (optional, for immune support)

1 tablespoon butterfly pea flowers (optional, for antioxidants and color)

1 teaspoon raw honey (optional, for sweetness)

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Bring 2 cups of water to a near boil.

Steep yerba mate and butterfly pea flowers (if using) for 5–7 minutes.

Strain tea and transfer to a glass or heat-safe jar.

Stir in grated ginger and camu camu powder while still warm.

Add lemon juice and let the tea cool slightly.

Stir in apple cider vinegar and honey (optional).
