Description

A powerful herbal wellness drink inspired by Brazilian traditions, made with yerba mate, lemon, ginger, and apple cider vinegar. Perfect for digestion, detox, and metabolism support.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups hot water

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)

  • 1 teaspoon yerba mate tea

  • ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ½ teaspoon camu camu powder (optional, for immune support)

  • 1 tablespoon butterfly pea flowers (optional, for antioxidants and color)

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional, for sweetness)

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a near boil.

  • Steep yerba mate and butterfly pea flowers (if using) for 5–7 minutes.

  • Strain tea and transfer to a glass or heat-safe jar.

  • Stir in grated ginger and camu camu powder while still warm.

  • Add lemon juice and let the tea cool slightly.

  • Stir in apple cider vinegar and honey (optional).

  • Serve warm or over ice with mint garnish.

Notes
